Company not gave increament from last 2 years. Work life balance is very bad. Seniors call me even midnight for reports. We have to work on Saturday and Sunday also. I have to carry laptop even I have taken leave. Company's current situation is not good so they are doing cost cutting in everything. There is no job guarantee here.
