- Develop and execute high-performing SEM strategies for eCommerce and lead generation.
- Manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid media platforms, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to target high-intent search queries and improve ad relevancy.
- Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize Quality Score and ad performance.
- Monitor and adjust campaign budgets, bids, and targeting to achieve optimal ROI and CPA.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting for continuous improvement.
- Analyze search trends, ad performance, and audience behavior to refine campaign strategies.
- Work closely with SEO, content, and web development teams to ensure seamless cross-channel marketing integration.
- Implement and optimize remarketing and audience targeting strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Track and report on key PPC metrics, including CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROI and ROAS.
- Stay updated with Google Ads updates, industry trends, and paid advertising innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Excellent English communication skills
- 6+ years of experience in SEM/PPC management, specifically in eCommerce and international markets.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns with strong ROI.
- Expertise in keyword research, bid management, audience targeting, and ad performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads policies, Quality Score, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Google Shopping Ads (PMax), Dynamic Search Ads, and Display Network.
- Hands-on experience in landing/prodcut page optimization for PPC campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with Google Merchant Center, feed management tools, and third-party bid management platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to troubleshoot tracking issues.
- Ability to collaborate with creative, content, and SEO teams to enhance overall campaign performance.
- Up-to-date knowledge of PPC trends, algorithm changes, and emerging paid media strategies.
- 5 Days a week.
