SEO - SEM Executive

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify the most relevant and high-performing keywords for advertising campaigns
• Campaign Setup: Create, manage, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on search engines like Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing Ads.
• Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to achieve the best possible return on investment (ROI) and lower the cost per clicks (CPC)
• Ad Extensions: Implement various ad extensions such as site links, callouts, and structured snippets to enhance ad visibility and engagement
• Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing and web development teams to ensure that landing pages are optimized for conversions and user experience
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad copies, landing pages, and other elements to identify the most effective strategies and improve campaign performance and Conversion rates.
• Content Ideation: Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with campaign goals
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and platform specific dashboards
• Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocate budget to different campaigns and keywords, and ensure maximum ROI within the allocated budget
• Competitor Analysis: Keep track of competitors' SEM activities, analyze their strategies, and propose innovative ideas to stay ahead in the market
• Report Generation: Generate and present regular reports on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI
• Quality Score Improvement: Work on improving the quality score of keywords and ads to reduce CPC and improve ad placements
• Website Development: Experience with Wordpress Theme, Widgets and Plugin customizing and developing new wordpress themes, Plugin modification/ development and widgets development.
  Expert knowledge in Wordpress installation, configuration, Administration, security, and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

Desired profile of the candidate

• Minimum 3-5 yrs. proven experience in SEO- SEM and PPC campaign management
• Required PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proven experience in managing SEM campaigns, preferably with Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications, And E-Commerce
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to analyze data, create reports, and develop dashboards.
• Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and other SEM-related software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of SEO principles and their impact on SEM campaigns
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Certifications in digital marketing and SEM are a plus
