Role & responsibilities

Managing two lacs Sq. ft commercial property.

Preferred candidate profile

Oversee the maintenance of compliance documentation in accordance with the following regulations:

a. Labour Law

b. Environmental Law

c. Fire & Safety Regulations

d. Electrical Compliance Standards

e. Execute the submission of returns and reports through the environmental compliance portal as required.

Manage facility operations, including:

a. Coordination and procurement of housekeeping supplies and consumable materials.

b. Verification of Facility Management Services (FMS) staff attendance and the validation of agency invoices, ensuring all supporting documents are in order.
