The Head Of Facilities Management vertical in North India is literally one of the worst human beings to exist. He abuses his employees, screams and shouts, imposes arbitrary rules to the extreme detriment of employees working under him without informing the company’s Human Resources Head, cunning, shrewd and morally very compromised. This company is full of politics and bootlicker, those only will get good increment. They will not give you write direction to work.They will move you to multiple site of project. makes you feel like that you don't know anything. Many time they have fooled the clients and focusing on revenue generation only.
