Assistant Facility Manager - Technical- Viman Nagar

What this job involves

The candidate will manage all the activities related to MEP & Technical related activities.

He/she needs to actively understand and help resolve all client concerns related to Technical Services using their domain expertise,

candidate should have In-depth knowledge of building systems (HVAC,electrical,plumbing,BMS etc.) day to day activities will involve:

Role & responsibilities • Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

• Ensure all facilities are maintained to meet safety and operational standards.

• Manage and coordinate technical projects, including installations, upgrades, and replacements of facility systems.

• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs.

• Develop and manage budgets for technical operations and maintenance.

• Optimize resource allocation and cost-efficiency in technical operations.

• In-depth knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS etc.) and technical maintenance practices.

• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software related to facility management.

• Experience in managing technical projects from conception to completion.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing technical teams.

• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with staff, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and address technical issues effectively.

• Ability to develop and implement effective solutions under pressure.

• Should have good understanding on business development process including site survey, calculations of CAM, cost proposals, RFP submission documents.

• Should have hands on experience and knowledge on M&E operation and maintenance.

• Should be a good team player to handle a big size in house as well as vendors team. In addition to the above-mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignments given by Management, within the purview of the contract.
