Job Description

  • Conduct Call Audits and identify potential quality issues per defined process
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve overall consumer experience
  • Provide Feedback and share the observations with the gaps and corrective measures
  • Ensuring key issues are escalated in a timely manner
  • Assessing alignment of output with functional and instructional specifications and requirements
  • Preparing feedback and action reports
  • Assess the performance gap and prepare the action plan for performance improvement, ensure to revoke the Counsellors under CAP/PIP
  • Continuously work to increase the LCR of overall organization

    • Required Candidate profile: -

  • 2-3 yearsexperience in Quality Assessment/ Auditing in EdTech environment
  • Extremely strong organizational and communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
  • Experience in creating assessment sheets and conducting calibrations
  • Highly motivated to solve problems with proven troubleshooting skills and ability to analyse problems by type and severity
