Senior Business Analyst - Corporate Finance & Strategy Team (3-6 yrs)

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Corporate Finance & Strategy team. The role involves working closely with senior leadership to drive financial analysis, strategic initiatives, and business growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Performance and Analysis:

- Lead monthly performance tracking and business analysis for all departments, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.

- Analyze financial reports and data from various business divisions, providing insights and

recommendations to division heads during strategic discussions.

- Prepare, review, and analyze Monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports to monitor business performance.

- Propose improvements to the current MIS process to enhance reporting efficiency, consistency, and accuracy.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Support the development of annual operating plans (AOP), budgeting, and long-term financial strategies.

- Identify growth opportunities and M&A prospects.

- Assist in due diligence, valuation, and financial structuring for potential investments and acquisitions.

- Assist in preparing strategic presentations for leadership and investors.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of prior experience in finance is required, preferably in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial planning & analysis (FP&A).

- MBA in Finance, CFA, CA, or a similar degree is preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- Highly detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
