Corporate Finance Role (3-6 yrs)

Rich experience in entire gamut of accounting & finance operations including preparation of Statutory books of accounts, month end closing activities, preparation of financial Statements as per Ind AS

- Review and analysis of MIS of group companies

- Review & analysis of AOP of group companies

- Deep diving and thorough knowledge of Accounting, Auditing & Tax updates

- Liaising with auditors and closure of various audits (Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits) of group companies

- Understanding & Formulation of Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) for various internal processes
