Zonal Manager - Collections

Education: Graduate preferably with an LLB background.

Responsibilities1. Devise collection strategy at State and local level. 2. Identifying outsourcing agencies for collection related work. 3. Must have knowledge of regulatory compliance work. 4. Hands-on experience to initiate and execute legal tools for recovery purposes. 5. Understand numbers and analytics wrt the performance. 6. Must be a team player & have to lead the team from the front. 7. Should have tenacity to learn and must be a role model for the team member. 8. Provide logistic and functional support to peers and other dept.

Skills Required:1) Must have handled a team size of > 5 2) Comfortable to travel a minimum of 10 days in a month. 3) Good networking /social skills. 4) Problem solving / Crisis management skill.
