You need to be a HODLer of these Relevant Experience - 2-4 years, CFA L1/L2 is preferred Experience in Fintech Space is preferred. Trading, Market making or related financial service experience is a plus. Strong understanding of market structure, liquidity provisioning, and order book dynamics. Knowledge of spot trading, derivatives, equities is a plus Strong analytical skills and able to create insight out of large datasets Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills Solution-oriented, highly motivated, and proactive self-starter Strong problem-solving ability with a bias towards action. You will be mining through these tasks Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of market making initiatives and quantitative projects. Develop project roadmaps, define objectives, and manage timelines and resources. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between engineers, trade analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and expectations. External Vendor Management: Create and implement vendor management strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals and policies. Manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements. Track and evaluate vendor performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of services/products. Root Cause Analysis of user/internally reported bugs/issues across key exchange ops functions - Quant/Market Making and Trade. Work closely with the support teams on customer escalations/issues to help improve the user experience.
