Job Description
Program Development:
- Lead the development of the Employee Volunteering Program strategy, ensuring alignment with the companys values and social responsibility objectives.
- Research industry best practices and innovative trends to continually enhance the programs effectiveness.
- Identify and assess potential nonprofit partners and community organizations for collaboration.
Volunteer Engagement:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of volunteer activities, ranging from one-time events to long-term partnerships.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit organizations, community groups, and other external partners to create mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Outreach, Engage Work closely with corporates to promote volunteering opportunities and encourage employee participation.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the Employee Volunteering Program.
- Regularly track, analyze, and report on program metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Content Development:
- Develop content materials to educate employees about the value of volunteering and how they can contribute.
- Provide guidance and resources to help employees identify volunteering opportunities that match their skills and interests.
- Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in program management, corporate social responsibility, nonprofit engagement, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven project management abilities, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights to improve program outcomes.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and platforms.
- Passion for social responsibility and community engagement.
