Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive brand strategy to position the company as a leader in its industry.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute brand marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand customer behavior, preferences, and trends, using insights to refine branding efforts.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, print materials, product packaging, and internal communications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, sales, etc.) to integrate brand strategies across all business activities.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling and consistent brand messaging and storytelling that resonates with the target audience.
- KPI Management: Set, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of branding initiatives.
- Brand Partnerships: Identify and build strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the brand's reputation online and offline, addressing any potential issues proactively.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, preferably in Media.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.
- Experience with market research tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media branding is a plus.
