Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled IT Engineer with expertise in Desktop Support, ERP Systems, and ZOHO or similar software. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and experience in software implementation, troubleshooting, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Desktop Support:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems.
• Manage user accounts, software installations, and system updates.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues.

2. ERP & ZOHO Support:

• Implement, configure, and maintain ERP and ZOHO applications.
• Provide training and support to end-users on ERP and ZOHO modules.
• Troubleshoot software issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.

3. IT Administration & Software Support:

• Manage user access, security policies, and backups.
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
• Document IT processes, configurations, and solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors for software support and licensing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, ERP, or software administration.
• Hands-on experience with ZOHO or other ERP software.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer support skills.
