HR / Sr. HR Executive - Performance Management System ( PMS )

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Executive with strong expertise in Performance Management System (PMS), KRA/KPI setting, and Skill Matrix development. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring performance management frameworks that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the Performance Management System (PMS).
• Define and track Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees at all levels.
• Establish and maintain a Skill Matrix to assess employee competencies and identify skill gaps.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback mechanisms, and facilitate continuous performance improvement.
• Work closely with department heads to align performance management with business objectives.
• Ensure timely completion of appraisals, goal setting, and performance evaluations.
• Assist in the design and execution of training and development plans based on performance assessments.
• Maintain employee performance records and generate reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws related to performance management.
• Handle employee queries and provide guidance on performance-related matters.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Exp: 3 yrs of relevant exp in PMS, KRA/KPI setting, and Skill Matrix development.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
