Manager - Installation

Role Overview:

The Manager - Installation will be responsible for leading robotic system installations, ensuring proper setup, integration, testing, and commissioning at client sites.

This role requires strong project management skills and technical expertise in robotic automation, PLCs, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation & Commissioning:

• Lead robotic automation system installations at customer sites, ensuring precision alignment.
• Oversee mounting, wiring, and programming of robots, controllers, and auxiliary equipment.
• Conduct system calibration, payload balancing, and motion validation.
• Ensure seamless integration of robots with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks.

2. Project Management & Coordination:

• Plan and execute installation schedules, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with design, production, and service teams for pre-installation checks.
• Provide technical guidance to installation engineers and subcontractors.

3. Troubleshooting & System Validation:

• Conduct root cause analysis for installation issues and resolve mechanical/electrical faults.
• Perform robot path optimization, safety checks, and final acceptance tests.

4. Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, industrial standards, and local regulations.
• Train customer personnel on robotic system handling and maintenance.

Key Skills Required:

Expertise in robot installation, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of robot controllers, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial communication protocols.
Experience in robot mounting, fixture alignment, and system integration.
Ability to handle multi-site installations and customer coordination.
Knowledge of safety standards (ISO, CE, OSHA) and automation compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:Bachelors in Electrical Mechanical Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience:10+ years in robotic system installation and commissioning.
