Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of control systems for robotic automation, including PLC, HMI, and motion control.
- Develop and optimize robotic programming, path planning, and cycle time improvements.
- Ensure seamless integration of robot controllers, safety PLCs, sensors, and industrial networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming and hardware-related issues.
- Oversee software architecture for robotic applications, including interfacing with SCADA, MES, and ERP systems.
- Strong experience in PLC (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi), HMI, and SCADA development.
- Expertise in robot programming languages (KRL, RAPID, KAREL, VAL3, etc.).
- Knowledge of fieldbus protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus, OPC-UA).
- Experience in path planning, offline programming, and vision system integration.
- 10+ years of experience in industrial automation and robotics controls.
