Senior Process Executive -Voice

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage chat support, email process, and email support activities for clients.
  
• Handle customer queries through various channels such as POI (Point of Interaction) and mapping.
  
• Provide excellent communication skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  
• Work on rotational shifts including night shifts as required by the business needs.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
  
• 1-5 years of experience in BPO industry with a focus on voice processes.
  
• Strong understanding of chat support, email processing, and email support principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work under pressure.
  
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
