Sr. Associate - Projects

We are seeking a Product Experience Consultant with 5 to 8 years of experience in Production Design Graphic Design and UX Consulting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various design tools and principles and will contribute to creating impactful user experiences. This hybrid role requires proficiency in English and offers a day shift schedule.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of user-centric products and experiences.

Oversee the creation and maintenance of design systems using tools like InVision DSM and Sketch.

Provide expertise in UX consulting to enhance user satisfaction and product usability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and visually appealing designs.

Utilize Adobe Indesign and Adobe XD to produce high-quality design assets.

Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal user experience across devices.

Conduct heuristic reviews to identify and address usability issues.

Create and manage design systems to maintain consistency across products.

Apply visual design elements and fundamentals to create engaging and effective designs.

Use Figma for collaborative design and prototyping.

Develop and refine interaction designs to improve user engagement.

Perform information architecture tasks to organize and structure content effectively.

Engage in creative design for websites and apps ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Conduct user testing with tools like Userlytics to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Design conversational UI elements to enhance user interaction and experience.

Qualifications

Must have experience in Production Design Graphic Design and UX Consulting.

Should be proficient in tools like InVision DSM Sketch Adobe Indesign and Adobe XD.

Must have knowledge of Usability/UCD Principles and Experience Design POV.

Should be skilled in Design System Management and Creation.

Must have expertise in Figma UI Design Patterns and Responsive Web Design.

Should have experience in Visual Design Elements & Fundamentals and Visual Branding.

Must be proficient in Heuristic Review and Creative Design for Websites & Apps.

Should have experience in Adobe Photoshop Information Architecture and Interaction Design.

Nice to have domain experience in Finance & Accounting and Automotive Industry.

Certifications Required

Certified UX Designer Adobe Certified Expert Figma Professional Certification
