We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in LIMS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in OMOP FHIR and HL7. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that impact society positively. The position requires no travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of LIMS solutions to meet client requirements.

Oversee the integration of LIMS with other systems ensuring seamless data flow.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members on LIMS-related projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for LIMS enhancements.

Ensure the quality and performance of LIMS applications through rigorous testing.

Develop and maintain documentation for LIMS configurations and customizations.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to LIMS in a timely manner.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in LIMS technology.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of LIMS processes and practices.

Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all LIMS projects.

Drive innovation and efficiency in LIMS solutions to benefit the companys goals and societal impact.

Qualifications

Must have experience in LIMS with a strong technical background.

Nice to have experience in OMOP FHIR and HL7.

Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Must have the ability to lead and mentor a team.
