Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Consulting Analyst with 9 to 11 years of experience in Finance & Accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis accounting principles and consulting practices. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert financial insights and recommendations to our clients driving business succes

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support client decision-making processes.

Develop and implement financial models to forecast business performance and identify potential risks.

Provide expert advice on accounting principles and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and develop tailored solutions.

Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for clients highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Assist clients in optimizing their financial processes and improving overall efficiency.

Monitor and analyze financial trends and market conditions to provide strategic guidance.

Support clients in budgeting financial planning and cost management initiatives.

Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements and identify areas for improvement.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance clients financial acumen.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in finance and accounting.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Utilize advanced analytical tools and software to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial analysis.

Qualifications

Possess a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.

Hold a relevant certification such as CPA CFA or CMA.

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Show proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.

Have a deep understanding of accounting principles and regulatory standards.

Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bring experience in consulting and client management.

Be adept at using financial software and tools.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
