Job Description
As Finance Controller, you ll play a pivotal role in ensuring financial excellence, compliance, and strategic decision-making to fuel our growth. This is your opportunity to work in a purpose-driven organization and leave a lasting impact.
- Oversee end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage audits and implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets.
- Oversee tax planning, GST compliance, and statutory filings.
- Partner with leadership to drive financial strategies that align with business goals.
- Optimize working capital, manage cash flows, and oversee fund allocations.
- Monitor compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
What We re Looking For
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory; CA + Company Secretary (CS) preferred. Even an MBA from a reputed Bschool can be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in finance, including leadership roles in accounting, auditing, and compliance.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, corporate laws, and taxation.
- Expertise in financial planning, risk management, and internal controls.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
