Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Administrator with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP S/4HANA Authorization SAP HANA DB Authorization SAP Cloud Products Security SAP Fiori Authorization and SAP Security. This role involves managing and securing our SAP environments to ensure smooth and secure operations. Experience in Product Lifecycle Management and Value Analysis & Value Engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee SAP S/4HANA Authorization to ensure secure access control.

Implement and maintain SAP HANA DB Authorization to protect sensitive data.

Provide security solutions for SAP Cloud Products to safeguard cloud-based applications.

Administer SAP Fiori Authorization to control user access to Fiori applications.

Ensure compliance with SAP Security policies and procedures.

Monitor and audit SAP systems to detect and mitigate security vulnerabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into SAP projects.

Develop and maintain documentation for SAP security configurations and procedures.

Conduct regular security assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.

Support end-users by troubleshooting and resolving authorization issues.

Stay updated with the latest SAP security trends and best practices.

Lead security training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of SAP security.

Contribute to the overall security strategy of the organization by providing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Authorization.

Demonstrate experience in SAP HANA DB Authorization.

Have a solid understanding of SAP Cloud Products Security.

Show proficiency in SAP Fiori Authorization.

Exhibit knowledge of SAP Security policies and procedures.

Experience in Product Lifecycle Management is a plus.

Familiarity with Value Analysis & Value Engineering is advantageous.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Relevant certifications in SAP Security are highly desirable.

SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP System Security and Authorizations SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Management Accounting

Likes

Only the brand name is the benefit. Other things like salary and promotions are pathetic. Work culture is somewhat good, but mainly depends upon project. Job security is good as long as your salary is not that high. They assign some or the other projects suitable to your role and skill set, but politics is everywhere and you need to act smart in order to sustain in any company.

Dislikes

Promotion is a dream there and increments are also very negligible. Work from home was a dream before Covid and you are asked to take leave in case you are not able to come to office due to some reason. Higher management is least bothered about your well being.
