MDM Architect

Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on MDM experience in the areas of MDM / PIM Strategy, Architecture, Design, Integration, Data Quality and Data Governance

Ability to clearly communicate technical details to business and management personnel

Expert knowledge of Master Data Management which includes Creating MDM strategies for clients, with the ability to professionally discuss requirements, priorities, potential solutions, and MDM architecture patterns

Experience gathering and analyzing requirements, converting them to Architecture and Design specifications.

Thorough understanding of Data Management best practices such as Data Quality, Match/Merge, Enrichment, Trust & Survivorship, Deduplication

Thorough understanding of HUB architecture, Enterprise Integration and SOA

Experience in designing, configuring and deploying MDM solutions on a leading platform (Informatica, Syndigo, Reltio, Stibo, TIBCO EBX, etc)

Experience in data integration (batch and/or API), data quality and data integrity concepts

Experience working with ETL tools (Informatica, MuleSoft, cloud-based)

Understanding of relational and non-relational database technology

Familiarity or experience with Azure, GCP or AWS cloud data architecture

Domain experience in Life sciences or healthcare will be a plus.

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and leading a large sized team and delivering MDM solutions

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Desire to work in an information systems environment

Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
