Sr. Associate - Projects

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Cards Payments and Asset Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects during day shifts without the need for travel

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain AEM components templates and workflows to ensure seamless integration and functionality. - Oversee the implementation of AEM solutions ensuring they meet business requirements and technical specifications. - Provide technical support for AEM applications troubleshooting issues and implementing effective solutions. - Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to create a cohesive and efficient development process. - Author and manage content within the AEM platform ensuring accuracy and consistency. - Implement best practices for AEM development including code reviews and performance optimization. - Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure the security and scalability of AEM applications adhering to industry standards and guidelines. - Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to keep AEM environments up-to-date and secure. - Provide training and support to junior developers and other team members on AEM-related tasks. - Monitor and analyze system performance making recommendations for improvements as needed. - Participate in project planning and execution ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AEM and related technologies. -Qualifications - Possess strong experience in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring. - Demonstrate expertise in Cards Payments and Asset Wealth Management domains. - Exhibit proficiency in developing and maintaining AEM components templates and workflows. - Showcase ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within AEM applications. - Display strong collaboration skills with frontend and backend teams. - Have a solid understanding of best practices for AEM development and performance optimization. - Show capability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Ensure adherence to security and scalability standards in AEM applications. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AEM trends and advancements. - Provide effective training and support to junior developers and team members. - Demonstrate strong project planning and execution skills. - Exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Work effectively in a hybrid work model with day shift
