Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Security Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sailpoint IdentityIQ Oracle Identity Governance and Oracle Identity Manager. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage identity management and governance tasks efficiently. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain identity management solutions using Sailpoint IdentityIQ to ensure secure access controls.

Oversee the deployment and configuration of Oracle Identity Governance to streamline user access and compliance processes.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Identity Manager to resolve identity-related issues promptly.

Develop and enforce identity governance policies to enhance security and compliance across the organization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity management solutions with existing systems and applications.

Conduct regular audits and assessments of identity management systems to identify and mitigate potential security risks.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for identity management processes and procedures.

Monitor and analyze system performance to ensure optimal operation and identify areas for improvement.

Lead the implementation of security best practices in identity management to protect sensitive information.

Provide training and support to end-users on identity management tools and processes.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in identity management and governance technologies.

Participate in incident response activities to address and resolve security breaches related to identity management.

Work closely with the IT security team to align identity management strategies with overall security objectives.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Sailpoint IdentityIQ and its implementation.

Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Identity Governance and Oracle Identity Manager.

Have experience in developing and enforcing identity governance policies.

Show proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support for identity management systems.

Exhibit the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Display knowledge of security best practices in identity management.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of identity management and governance technologies.

Have excellent documentation and communication skills.

Be capable of conducting regular audits and assessments of identity management systems.

Provide training and support to end-users on identity management tools.

Participate in incident response activities related to identity management.

Certifications Required
