Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Revenue Management Workday HCM and Workday Integrations. Experience in Finance Accounting is a plus. This role involves developing and implementing solutions that enhance our business processes and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Workday solutions to enhance business processes.

Oversee the integration of Workday HCM and Revenue Management modules.

Provide technical expertise in Workday Integrations to ensure seamless data flow.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

Design and develop custom reports and dashboards in Workday.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Workday system.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday applications.

Conduct regular system audits to maintain compliance and security.

Lead the testing and validation of Workday updates and new features.

Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities.

Document technical specifications and system configurations.

Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Workday Revenue Management.

Demonstrate expertise in Workday HCM and Workday Integrations.

Have experience in developing custom reports and dashboards in Workday.

Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience in Finance Accounting is a plus.

Be detail-oriented and committed to data accuracy.
