Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday Finance Workday HCM and Workday Integrations. This role requires a deep understanding of finance and accounting domains and the ability to integrate and optimize Workday solutions to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Workday Finance Workday HCM and Workday Integrations solutions to support business processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Design and implement scalable and efficient Workday solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.

Provide technical expertise in Workday configuration customization and integration to meet specific business needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday applications ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality and compliance.

Lead the development of technical documentation including design specifications test plans and user guides.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices incorporating them into existing solutions.

Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage project timelines ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.

Ensure data integrity and security within Workday applications adhering to company policies and industry standards.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Workday Finance Workday HCM and Workday Integrations.

Demonstrate expertise in finance and accounting domains with the ability to apply this knowledge to Workday solutions.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient solutions.

Show proficiency in technical documentation and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
