Job Description

We are seeking a BPO SME Data professional with 2 to 5 years of experience specializing in Workday HCM Payroll. This work-from-home position requires night shifts and proficiency in English. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to optimize payroll processes and contribute to our companys success.

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Workday HCM Payroll systems to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Provide expert guidance on payroll processes and system functionalities to internal teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve payroll-related issues.

Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and company policies.

Develop and deliver training sessions for team members on Workday HCM Payroll functionalities.

Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Create and maintain detailed documentation of payroll processes and system configurations.

Support the integration of Workday HCM Payroll with other HR and financial systems.

Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the payroll system.

Assist in the development and implementation of payroll-related projects and initiatives.

Provide timely and accurate payroll reports to management and other stakeholders.

Stay updated on the latest developments in Workday HCM Payroll and industry best practices.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to achieve team goals.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday HCM Payroll.

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.

Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Display the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
