Qualifications

• - Preffered to have prior experience in Development projects with Insurance domain knowledge.
  - Should be skilled on Open Pages modules and specifically should be able to independently develop/support/maintain the client applications that are built on IBM openpages.
  1. OpenPages modules
  - Internal Audit
  - IT Governance
  - Operational Risk Management
  - Policy and Compliance Management
  - Should have work experience in OpenPages Customizations
  - 2. OpenPages Customizations
  Triggers
  - Helpers
  - Should have work experience in OpenPages Backup utility, OPX , OP Configuration changes for Reports, GitHub
  - Nice to have experience in Finance controls management, Importing Cognos Reports, IBM Installation Manager, Custom Reports/Report interface,
  - Onsite Offshore collaboration work
  - The resource should be flexible and should have good attitude and should take up ownership in completing tasks assigned.
  - Should Support Managers and peers to ensure the company and individual goals are successfully achieved.
  - Should be strong in communication and should be able to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  - Should support and guide junior level team members technically and take up review works.
  - Should understand the business and help customer proposing value adds applicable and achievable which can bring in added value to both cognizant and customer
  - Should be actively sharing best practices and learnings with peers that would help for project growth
