Responsibilities

Expertise in Cisco firewalls like ASA and FTD.

Subject matter expertise in F5 load balancers.

Experience with migration projects especially in Firewall and Load balancer area.

Microsoft cloud experience is desirable.

Creation of runbooks SOPs and other design documents.

Ticket handling adhering to agreed SLA almost every time.

Establishes and maintains network performance.

Builds net configurations and connections.

Troubleshoots network problems.

IP address auditing.

Configures routers switches firewalls and load balancers.

Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies and defining and monitoring access
