Lead Administrator

We are seeking a Lead Administrator with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Technical Upgrade SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. This role involves overseeing new product development in the tech domain. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of SAP technical upgrades to ensure seamless transitions and minimal downtime.

Oversee the administration of SAP S/4HANA systems to maintain optimal performance and reliability.

Provide expert management of SAP BTP environments to support business operations and innovation.

Administer SAP HANA databases to ensure data integrity security and high availability.

Manage NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA systems to support various business applications and processes.

Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning for SAP Basis Administration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development in the tech domain.

Implement best practices for system security backup and disaster recovery to safeguard company data.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize system disruptions.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and procedures.

Train and mentor junior administrators to build a strong technical team.

Monitor system performance and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in SAP Technical Upgrade ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

Demonstrate proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Administration for maintaining system performance and reliability.

Have extensive experience in SAP BTP Administration to support business operations and innovation.

Show advanced skills in SAP HANA Administration for data integrity and high availability.

Be adept in managing NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA systems to support business applications.

Exhibit strong capabilities in SAP Basis Administration for system health and performance.

Experience in new product development within the tech domain is essential.

Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to train and mentor junior staff to build a competent team.

Strong documentation skills for maintaining system configurations and procedures.

Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for compliance.
