Sr. Associate - Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Administrator with 7 to 11 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our SAP environments ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall success of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead the administration and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Oversee the management of SAP BTP environments ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Provide expert administration for SAP HANA databases focusing on performance tuning and troubleshooting.

Manage NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA systems ensuring high availability and efficient operation.

Administer SAP Basis components including system installations upgrades and configurations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support SAP solutions that align with business objectives.

Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to maintain system health and efficiency.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all SAP systems and processes.

Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures implementing necessary safeguards.

Provide technical support and guidance to junior administrators and other IT staff.

Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.

Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify and address potential issues.

Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continuously improve system performance.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration demonstrating a deep understanding of system architecture and operations.

Have a strong background in SAP BTP Administration with proven expertise in managing cloud-based SAP environments.

Show proficiency in SAP HANA Administration including performance tuning and troubleshooting.

Demonstrate experience in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin ensuring efficient and reliable system operations.

Exhibit solid skills in SAP Basis Administration including system installations upgrades and configurations.
