Job description

At least 6 years of Automation lead role.

Certified in Automation developer and solution architect is preferred.

Possess in depth knowledge of Automation tools and capabilities to architect efficient and scalable automation solutions.

Define KPI and metrics to measure success and impact of automation implementation.

Analyze existing processes and identify areas for automation to improve efficiency and accuracy through any of the process mining tools like Celonis, UiPath process mining, Signavio.

Provide technical leadership in the implementation of automation projects ensuring best practices and standards being followed by team.

Assists the team in defining the business and functional requirements based on which team designs the RPA workflows architecture ensuring efficient development and functionality of the BOTs.

Collaborate with cross functional teams including business analysts, developers, customers to understand requirements, align with governance and compliance and deliver comprehensive automation solution.

Provides support to IT roles within the organization for RPA prerequisites implementation, IT environments setup, installing software, testing and production cut-over.

Strong program management and communication skills to communicate effectively with stake holders, provide updates and address any concerns.

Stay updated on latest automation tool features, industry best practices and incorporate into automation strategy for continuous improvement.

Understanding on Gen AI concepts and how to consume them in automation.

Preferred to have knowledge on SAP functional modules like MM, SD, PP, etc. and BW, Hana, etc.
