- Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Have experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Display a strong understanding of integration best practices and industry standards.
- Hold a relevant certification in Mulesoft or a related field.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Exhibit knowledge of security and data privacy regulations.
- Have experience in project planning and resource estimation.
- Show a proactive approach to continuous improvement initiatives.
