We are seeking an experienced Architect with 6 to 8 years of expertise in Pega DevOps Pega Case Management Pega BPM Services Development and Pega Application Development. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with day shifts contributing to our innovative projects and enhancing our business processes. Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Pega applications to meet business requirements.

Oversee the implementation of Pega BPM services to streamline business processes.

Provide technical expertise in Pega DevOps to ensure efficient deployment and integration.

Develop and manage Pega Case Management solutions to enhance workflow automation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Pega applications.

Ensure the scalability and performance of Pega applications through effective architecture design.

Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to maintain high-quality standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.

Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Mentor and guide junior developers in Pega development practices.

Participate in project planning and provide estimates for development tasks.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in Pega development.

Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications and user guides.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Pega DevOps with hands-on experience.

Demonstrate expertise in Pega Case Management and its application in business processes.

Have in-depth knowledge of Pega BPM Services Development.

Show proficiency in Pega Application Development including design and implementation.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Communicate effectively in English both written and spoken.

Be able to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.

Have a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies.

Display strong organizational and time management skills.

Be capable of mentoring and guiding junior team members.

Show commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in development.

Be adept at documenting technical specifications and user guides.

Have a proven track record of successful Pega application deployments.

Certifications Required

Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) or Certified Pega Business Architect (CBA) is required.
