Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via email, chat, and phone calls with a focus on providing excellent service.
  
• Utilize GIS mapping tools to resolve issues related to location-based services.
  
• Process emails efficiently using email processing software.
  
• Participate in POI (Point of Interest) verification processes for accurate data entry.
  
• Provide support for various communication channels such as chat process, voice process, etc.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.
  
• Strong proficiency in English language skills (reading comprehension).
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts including night shifts.
  
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
