We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related services including Secret Manager Manage Cloud Billing and IAM/Identity. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Design and implement cloud solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services to meet business requirements.

Manage and optimize cloud billing to ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Utilize Secret Manager to securely manage and access sensitive information.

Deploy and manage cloud resources using Google Cloud Resource Deployment and Cloud Foundation Toolkit.

Oversee the operations suite to monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure.

Implement and manage IAM/Identity to ensure secure access and compliance.

Configure and manage Google Cloud Compute Engine for scalable and reliable computing.

Establish and maintain hybrid connectivity to integrate on-premises and cloud environments.

Use Terraform to automate infrastructure deployment and management.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-related issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions.

Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architecture and processes.

Stay updated with the latest GCP features and best practices to continuously improve cloud solutions.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related services.

Demonstrate expertise in Secret Manager and managing cloud billing.

Have a solid understanding of IAM/Identity and Google Cloud Resource Deployment.

Show proficiency in using Cloud Foundation Toolkit and Google Cloud Compute Engine.

Experience with hybrid connectivity and Terraform is essential.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.

Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Prior experience in a hybrid work model is a plus.

Relevant certifications in GCP or related technologies are highly desirable.
