Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience in Automation Mobile Selenium and Java. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role focuses on ensuring the highest quality of our software products contributing to the companys success and positively impacting society.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Java to ensure software quality.

Oversee the testing process for mobile applications to ensure they meet quality standards.

Provide detailed reports on test results and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.

Implement and maintain automation frameworks to streamline the testing process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Conduct performance testing to identify and address potential bottlenecks in the software.

Ensure all test cases are executed and defects are logged and tracked to closure.

Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and adherence to quality standards.

Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in automation and testing.

Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in automation and mobile testing.

Contribute to the overall quality strategy and help drive quality initiatives across the organization.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and quality metrics.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in automation testing using Selenium and Java.

Have a solid understanding of mobile application testing.

Demonstrate proficiency in creating and maintaining automation frameworks.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Show experience in performance testing and identifying bottlenecks.

Have good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Experience in program management is a plus.

Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in testing.

Demonstrate a proactive approach to improving testing processes.

Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.

Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
