• Cognitive threshold of 1,260+ through AMCAT assessments for Data
• Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Skills and Reading Comprehension

• Technological savviness - able to quickly understand Alphabets products which are technical in nature
  
  
• Strong familiarity with Google products/ software e.g. Chrome, Docs, Trix etc.
  
  
• Quick learning and understanding of complex processes
  
  
• Deliver high quality and ensure process compliance
  
  
• Knowledge of Autonomous Vehicle lifecycle and sound understanding of radar, video, LiDAR and allied sensor technologies

Ability to Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

Ability to analyze critical situations, their characteristics and human behavior

with the help of various test simulations

Ability to create test scenarios and work closely with engineers to ensure high quality of tests

Ability to perform root cause analysis, suggest process improvements and improve tool efficiency

Project/Process:

• Broad understanding of driving laws/ lane guidelines/ traffic signals. Driving experience a plus
  
  
• Proactively identify issues and suggest solutions on how to make projects run more smoothly

• Write clear, concise, and engaging content that is tailored to the policy / workflow specific requirement
  
  
• Proofread, Edit & Verify content to ensure accuracy and clarity
  
  
• Collaborate with team members of the captioning team and contribute towards subject matter expert activities
  
  
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in content writing guidelines
