Sr. Associate - Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in S/4 HANA Billing and Revenue S/4 HANA OTC and related domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Order to Cash (O2C) processes and strategy. This hybrid role requires expertise in S/4 HANA Sales BOM Material Hierarchy and SD for Brazil & LATAM. The position offers a day shift with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and optimization of S/4 HANA Billing and Revenue processes.

Oversee the S/4 HANA Order to Cash (O2C) system to ensure seamless operations.

Provide expertise in S/4 HANA Sales BOM to enhance sales processes.

Manage S/4 HANA Material Hierarchy to ensure accurate material management.

Implement and maintain S/4 HANA Standard Order to Cash processes.

Ensure compliance with S/4 HANA SD requirements for Brazil & LATAM.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align S/4 HANA solutions with business strategies.

Conduct regular system audits and troubleshoot issues to maintain system integrity.

Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize system utilization.

Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

Provide strategic insights to optimize Order to Cash processes.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all S/4 HANA modules.

Support the development of business cases for new S/4 HANA initiatives.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in S/4 HANA Billing and Revenue.

Demonstrate expertise in S/4 HANA Order to Cash (O2C) processes.

Have a strong background in S/4 HANA Sales BOM and Material Hierarchy.

Show proficiency in S/4 HANA Standard Order to Cash processes.

Exhibit knowledge of S/4 HANA SD for Brazil & LATAM.

Have experience in developing and implementing business strategies.

Be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Have strong communication and training abilities.

Be detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.

Show capability in conducting system audits and performance monitoring.

Demonstrate the ability to support business case development.

Be committed to continuous improvement and system optimization.
