Senior Associate

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience in MS SharePoint integration SharePoint Search Configuration and Sharepoint Administration. The role involves working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration and administration of SharePoint systems to enhance organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead the integration of MS SharePoint within the organizations existing infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.

Oversee the configuration and optimization of SharePoint Search to improve data retrieval and user experience.

Provide expert administration of SharePoint environments ensuring high availability and performance.

Monitor SharePoint systems regularly to identify and resolve any issues promptly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement SharePoint solutions that meet business needs.

Develop and maintain documentation for SharePoint configurations processes and procedures.

Implement security measures and best practices to protect SharePoint data and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Conduct regular audits and assessments of SharePoint environments to ensure optimal performance and security.

Train and support end-users in utilizing SharePoint features and functionalities effectively.

Stay updated with the latest SharePoint technologies and trends to recommend improvements and innovations.

Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support for SharePoint systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint integration and administration.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of SharePoint processes and workflows to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in MS SharePoint integration ensuring seamless connectivity with other systems.
