Requirement of Client Service Executive (Job Code: CHDCS) 1-3 Years Client Relationship Management
- Build Maintain Long-Term Relationships : Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and consistent check-ins.
- Understand Client Needs : Take time to fully comprehend each clients unique goals and challenges, offering tailored solutions and exceptional service.
- Proactive Issue Resolution : Anticipate potential issues and resolve them proactively, ensuring continued satisfaction and trust.
Customer Support
- Primary Point of Contact : Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
- Timely Accurate Responses : Provide clear, prompt, and accurate responses to client queries through phone, email, or in-person communication.
- Internal Collaboration for Issue Resolution : Work closely with internal teams to address client concerns efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and complete resolution.
Account Management
- Oversee Client Accounts : Manage client accounts, including contract renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and negotiating contracts.
- Monitor Account Growth : Regularly assess account activity to identify growth opportunities and suggest additional products or services.
- Maintain Detailed Records : Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records of client interactions, activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
Product Knowledge
- Develop In-Depth Product Knowledge : Gain a thorough understanding of the companys products and services to effectively meet client needs.
- Stay Industry-Aware : Keep up with industry trends, market shifts, and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client needs align with company offerings.
- Provide Client Feedback : Gather client feedback and share it with internal teams to drive continuous product and service improvements.
