Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Employment: Full time


As a Sales Administration Coordinator within the Foundation AI Sales Team, candidates should

have experience working closely with sales and sales development teams identifying prospects

in designated territories, managing and maintaining contact lists, managing outbound email

nurturing campaigns and workflows, and developing strategies to drive continually increasing

conversion rates across multiple channels. This role is critical to driving qualified leads to a

rapidly expanding sales team, ensuring outbound workflows are adhered to, and data and

reporting regarding program effectiveness is clear and precise.


Responsibilities:

  • This role will be responsible for utilizing online data resources ( LinkedIn Sales Navigator, purchased lists and other directories) to build out and populate our Hubspot CRM with prospect data for law firm decision makers across the US.
  • The coordinator will be responsible for maintaining database cleanliness for prospect data, ensuring our data is as clean and accurate as possible for outbound email efforts.
  • The coordinator will be responsible for managing multi-step outbound email campaigns on behalf of the sales development and sales teams, staging and executing outbound workflows and follow-up task to ensure our sales sequences are followed properly.
  • The coordinator will research individual firms to add prospects where purchased data is not available to add office manager and office administrator contacts to the database for outbound campaigns.
  • The coordinator will report on and manage outbound campaign analytics and testing to ensure the most effective messaging is being sent to the right prospect type. This includes A/B message testing, managing and isolating prospect buying profiles, delivery rates, open and click-through rates.
  • The coordinator will manage and rotate lists and prospect segregation to ensure moderation of messaging and keeping database opt-outs to a minimum.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working with a high-volume, fast-paced sales team providing administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail in prospect list management, distribution and maintenance
  • Experience with A/B testing and email campaign workflow development
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Zoominfo/Sales Intel/Sales Navigator/Lusha or any other Prospecting tool(s) and CRMs like Salesforce or Hubspot
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business intuition and ability to understand metrics and data insights
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
