Role Name: Brand Strategy Manager.
Summary:
As a member of the Strategy team, you are part brand architect, part strategic thinker, and part storyteller.
You are responsible for shaping compelling brand strategies that drive impactful marketing initiatives for our clients.
With deep expertise in branding, market research, and consumer insights, you develop data-driven strategies that fuel creative excellence and business growth.
You act as a key strategic partner for clients, helping them navigate complex market dynamics while ensuring their brand stands out in the competitive landscape.
You bring a proactive and innovative mindset, continuously exploring new ways to enhance brand positioning, audience engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with client objectives, market dynamics, and consumer behavior insights.
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, helping them define and refine their brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to uncover key insights that inform strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with creative, media, and account teams to ensure brand strategies are seamlessly integrated into campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Lead brand workshops, brainstorming sessions, and strategic presentations, effectively communicating insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Identify emerging trends, cultural shifts, and industry innovations to keep brand strategies relevant and ahead of the competition.
- Develop thought leadership content, case studies, and presentations that showcase the agency's strategic expertise and innovation.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to pitches, proposals, and strategic recommendations for prospective clients.
- Ensure brand consistency across all client touchpoints by developing and maintaining brand guidelines, tone of voice frameworks, and messaging playbooks.
- Measure and analyze brand performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in brand strategy roles within an advertising or marketing agency environment (agency experience is mandatory).
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies for diverse clients across various industries.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, consumer insights, and brand positioning.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, compelling narratives.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media, and client service teams to drive integrated solutions.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of brand building, digital marketing, and industry trends.
- Highly adaptable and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in relevant tools for market research, analytics, and brand strategy development.
