Summary:
- As Group Head Copy, you can concept, craft and produce creative ideas across multiple verticals and projects.
- You must be self-motivated, detailed, and dedicated.
- You will be client-facing and collaborate with a cross-capability team to sell work that solves real business problems.
- Your focus will be conceptualizing campaigns and activations for our healthcare clients, that resonate in culture and communities to raise awareness for health conditions, improve health literacy and empower people to take action.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a part of a multi-level creative team to concept, plan, and execute integrated campaigns across a wide range of media and platforms, especially social, digital, video and in-person experiences.
- Lead multiple creative work streams and serve as the day-to-day project lead overseeing work from junior and mid-level team members while working closely with the CDs and ECDs.
- Prepare and present client-ready creative presentations.
- Work in concert with a wide range of specialities including account, strategy, design, production, social, earned, and influencer.
- Work effectively with external vendors and internal colleagues to complete projects within the timeframe and budget.
Qualifications:
- You MUST have a passion not only for coming up with ideas but know how to sell them to clients and bring them to life.
- Experience within a creative department, agency or in-house is a requirement, as well as a background in concept development.
- You must know how to write up clear ideas and package them beautifully for a variety of audiences and mediums.
- Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the art directors, designers, and other cross-functional teams.
- 7 to 9 years of creative experience.
- A portfolio of ideas and executions strong grasp of strategy, content and writing craft.
- A professional-level mastery of industry-standard software and tools including the full suite Microsoft Office.
- Pride in your previous work and the ability to speak to it clearly and concisely during the interview process.
