P&C Insurance project manager

• Setting up a perfect team / pod for the project 

• Coordinate with Scrum Manager to ensure the readiness(environment, Story, ) to start the execution • Coordinate with all the stakeholders for environment setup, DevOPs, Story readiness etc.

 • Drive the team call, mitigate the risk / Issues and escalate if required 

• Ensures the project is delivered on-time, within the scope and budget 

• Build the dependencies matrix and publish the delivery due dates with all the stakeholders 

• Identify the risk, publish the mitigation plan 

• Coordinate with stake holders to mitigate the risk to avoid impact on timeline and cost 

• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and track the progress of the project 

• Change control Management – Will manage the scope change, project schedule and Cost. 

• Get the approval of the Change and publish the revised timeline / Schedule and cost. 

• Team conflict management 

• Track the cost of the project 

• Responsible for presenting progress / status reports Professional Attributes 

• Good years of professional experience in managing Duck / P&C Project 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus 

• Should have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills 

• Ability to motivate a team and lead them towards a common goal 

• Experience process and best practices for project management 

• Very much focused towards on time delivery
