Role : Delivery Head - TTH

- The candidate should have a demonstrated track record of outstanding success in leading cross-functional, multisite delivery teams.

- Responsible for managing delivery and carrying P&L responsibility.

- Accountable for revenue realization & operating at a committed margin.

- Define a compelling vision for delivery & service offerings by forming a comprehensive understanding of clients, users & business objectives.

- Leverage best-in-class delivery practices & solutions to add real value for clients & drive growth.

- Own the deployment & delivery of the unit, ensure delivery is on time, within budget & impactful.

- Lead the execution of improvements to the delivery process.

- Provide feedback to internal partners on solution enhancements or new product constructs.

- Maintain industry exposure to enable yourself & your team to dynamically consult with customers regarding successful solution deployment strategies & best practices.

- Ensure engagement profitability & customer satisfaction.

- Develop & grow the business & construct appropriate delivery models as relevant for different tracks.
