ServiceNow Developer - Implementation (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, including business rules, client scripts, server-side scripts, UI actions, and notifications.

- Design and develop user interfaces within the ServiceNow Service Portal using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong understanding of core platform functionality (Workflow, Service Catalog, Service Portal).

- Experience developing scoped applications within ServiceNow.

- Proven experience in developing server-side scripts and client scripts in ServiceNow.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

- Experience with AngularJS is a plus.

- Experience with database development is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points : ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist)

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems
