Job Summary: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business
Development Executive (Sr. BDE) to join our growing team. This role is key to
expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and establishing long-term
business relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of
success in business development, sales, and managing client accounts, with a focus
on identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to expand our
market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels,
including Linkedin Sales Navigator, networking, market research, and new
market trends.
● Proven experience of bidding on Upwork platforms.
● Hands-on experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
campaigns.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring
high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
● Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to client needs, market
trends, and business objectives.
● Managed and coordinated the sales process for international clients, from
initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and
maintain relationships.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to
recommend improvements to business strategies.
